The Tanganyika wood comes from the Equatorial belt of rainforests across Africa. The color of stained woods is obtained with natural and hypoallergenic dyes.
Horn is a natural material made of keratin. Entirely hand carved, our frames are hypoallergenic. Indian water buffalo horns which we use, are raised on farms for meat consumption. A health certificate is issued for all our horn importations.
Cellulose acetate is made with cotton fiber imported from Japan. We use it for our end-tips so as to be adapted on the basis of each morphology. The exclusive brushed matt finishing of acetate reminds the woods veneer.
